C.P. Dean was fabulous from start to finish. We had a challenging budget for a quality table. The team was very helpful in showcase used tables that fit our needs. We felt comfortable in pulling the trigger and they were nothing but nice and transparent through the whole process. The table was delivered and setup within a week. The delivery helped us figure the final positioning and walked us through all of the steps. Fabulous experience overall and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I thought it was fair. The installers arrived on time and called 1 hour before arrival as I requested. They were professional, set up my pinball machine in no time cleaned up when they left.

Installers were very respectful. However they were very slow with the removal and install. They drug out the install until they realized it was going to take them longer to get back to their shop, so they started rushing to finish. They left and never tried the ball return. When trying it out myself I noticed it wasn't working. Had to rush to call the office to get someone back. One tech did come back to find the installed it wrong.
