Kamui has stepped up the game with the first tip designed for specifically for use with carbon fiber. The Kamui Athlete tip is made to enhance the performance of your carbon fiber shaft through elasticity and rigidity. Layered together with both soft and hard leather, you will get the benefit of flexibility without sacrificing power.
Kamui Black Tips are made from high quality, specially selected pigskin. With each Kamui tip, the leather is tanned by a special moisture proof tanning, giving the Kamui Black the black color and making it "humidity resistant". Kamui Japan found the way to apply this process without interfering with the porosity, adding more elasticity to the tip and protecting the tip from the environment.
Kamui II Brand Tips are 100% pig skin. They are made by compressing 8 layers of pig skin to create the best layered tip on the market today. Our special lamination process decreases the chance of delamination in the tip. You will find the Kamui II tip holds chalk better than our competitors providing better grip on the ball. Density Score: 92.2-Hard, 82.2-Medium, 78.1-Soft and 69.2-Super Soft.

These new tips play at the same high level as the original Kamui Black tips and the new clear level makes installation a breeze. The clear layer is designed to glue, so you don't have to worry about the bottom layers of your tip absorbing glue (which happens with pretty much every non-backed tip). The result is a tip that is more consistent and provides perfectly aligned installations every time. Plus, the clear layer looks freaking sweet to boot!
