During the ressembly process of my recently purchased pool table I was told that there was a rug and pad in the truck. Rug, what rug? Turned out the previous owner of the pool table had your delivery guys take a rug that was under the pool table. Only problem was I did not need or want a rug. I did not buy the rug, it was never discussed with the owner nor was it part of the contract with C P Dean to transport or deliver a rug. I told your men that I had no knowledge of the rug and did not want it and that it was not and is not mine, “Take it away.” You should know the room that currently houses the pool table is carpeted. The rug in question is scotch plaid, measures 14’X19’and has a carpet pad. When your men left, which I would describe as a quick getaway, I started a thorough clean of the table. The next day I discovered your men had dumped the carpet in a flower bed in my fromt yard. I am 80 years old and connot possibly move this behemoth. Looks like someone going to have to pay for its removal. A sorry close to what should have been a fun time. I am interested to see what your reaction is to correcting such an unprofessional act.
