Ferrule and Tip Repair Labor

My many questions were answered with a "smile in their voice" and willingness to review photos and provide suggestions. I sent in two different cues and they did a superb job of repair, new ferrules and tips. I would recommend them for their attention to detail and overall handling of my requests.
