Slip On Billiard Cue Tips

I purchased a cue stick. They said they had to get the thread protector from the Richmond store. I told them i would just come back and get it, instead of them mailing. I finally returned two months later due to work. They remembered, but couldnt find the thread protectors. They took my address and 4 days later the protectors arrived in my mailbox.
I didn't have to remind them, argue with them or even convince them. They remembered, and stood by their word. I had no piece of paper saying they owed this to me.
