Came in to purchase some cues but also to exchange my Teflon Cloth I bought earlier to the correct size to match my table more comfortably. Two older gentlemen didn’t want me to exchange it, telling me “oh you can still use the material it will just be more, and when I asked about the price difference, their reply was “nothing but a couple of pennies”. Luck for me the young lady who helped me originally walked out and I went back to her. Like a $30 difference in which I was willing to put towards cues, not feeling the lack of customer first and dishonesty.
